Upon meeting Don and test driving the Venza, we decided to pursue a deal. Don's sales technique focused on meeting our desires and resulted in our purchase of a luxury model at a fair price. Reginald Thompkins is an awesome salesman. This man has taken very good care of me. He has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was and still am satisfied with my purchase. He truly made my buying experience an extraordinary one. Words can not express the level of satisfaction that I have with him. He was well mannered and dressed. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his job. Reginald took all his time and effort to make sure that I was comfortable and satisfied during my sales experience. After my test drive, Reginald hooked all of my gadgets up for me. I did not have to do anything but get in my car and drive. I even got a free full tank of gas. After I had driven several used Scion xBs, Michael mentioned a new 2012 Scion xB that was very competitively priced in comparison to the vehicles I was considering. I drove it, realized that it was indeed a great deal, and decided to buy on the spot. My decision to buy directly resulted from the time Micheal took to listen to me and help me find the right vehicle. The business manager, Al Johnson, also was very nice. He was thorough and patient in explaining the paperwork and the options available to me. He was efficient and made the business end of this process very painless. Since I did not intend to buy, I had shown up without several necessary documents. Both Michael and Al were extremely accomodating in helping me get what I needed to have to close the deal. I went to Lowe because two friends recommended them based on their own experiences buying there. I would not hesitate to send anyone I know to Lowe. I give the highest rating to the deal, my new vehicle, the service, and the friendliness of the people with whom I dealt. More

The service was just ok. We were disappointed that when we asked for a CarFax report, they finally gave it to us 3 weeks after we purchased. We should have waited around for it, but we had already spent so we asked for a CarFax report, they finally gave it to us 3 weeks after we purchased. We should have waited around for it, but we had already spent so many hours there we were anxious to get home. Also, the car only came with one key, so if we somehow locked ourselves out, we're screwed. The price of the vehicle was still too high for a used car with over 50,000 miles already on it. Also, the salesperson told us that a toyota certified used car only had one previous owner, but when we received the CarFax, there was 3 previous owners! Either he didn't know what he was talking about or it was a LIE. I believe the latter.... I expected way more from Lowe Toyota and I did not drive home happy. More
The purchase was a good experience. I did ask for their "bottom line price" and feel they could have done much better. Based upon the first offer, I normally would have gone elsewhere. The financing part went quite smoothly and they did take two pretty old cars in trade which was a relief to me to get rid of them. I have been doing business with Lowe Toyota for 5 years and I have no complaints, i seems like a very organized place from top to bottom. More
