Frank Haynes, our sales contact, was very knowledgeable, listened closely to our preferences and never once tried to pressure us into buying before we were ready. Mike, the sales manager, did a great job giving us the best possible price for our trade-in. When it came time to do the paperwork, the finance manager went out of his way to expedite the process but was very thorough in explaining each step. We didn't feel like we were "lost in a cloud of dust" through the paperwork. To sum it all up, Lowes Toyota is a successful dealership consisting of a team of dedicated people "moving forward together" to deliver the best possible service to their customers. Sam and Dave listened to my needs and let me take the time I needed to select the right car for my families needs and at the right price. They were very knowledgable about all of the vehicles options and specifications. I was never pressured in any way. I changed my mind on the vehicle I originally considered, and even the color of the vehicle that I ultimately purchased. That was no problem whatsoever.
