I just wanted to look at the Tacoma trucks. Mr. Watts introduced himself to me in the lot showed the direction of the trucks. I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna back in January of this year, and Mr. Johnson was my sales associate and he gave us a great service and all the help he could to get us to finance that vehicle. This time I bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla and he gave me the same great service he gave me before and I was able to take the car home within minutes I made up my mind with the color I wanted. In the future I will go to Lowes Toyota to buy my next vehicle and I hope Mr. Johnson will be there to make him my sales associate as before. More

The trip back to California was a lot of fun. My daughter an I took turns driving and we made it back in 38 hours. We took the rout you suggested thru Florida and then the 10 freeway all of the way home, that made it fun and easy. We love our new Camery, it really made our trip home a good one. Thankyou Toyota for building such nice cars, This is my 6th Toyota now and I think I like it the best. Well I'm going to go wash and vacuum the car and put her to bed now so she's ready for her next trip. I had been planning on buying my Venza at another dealership, although it was not my first color choice. My husband looked online and found that Lowe Toyota had exactly the car I wanted, in the color dealership, although it was not my first color choice. My husband looked online and found that Lowe Toyota had exactly the car I wanted, in the color that I wanted! It was 2 hours away, so I called first to be sure they actually had the car. Our salesman, Don Watts, was very helpful, he went and actually got the car to be sure it was what I wanted, before I drove down. He also asked for some basic information from me, so he could get started on paperwork and pricing. As soon as we got there, he gave us the keys so we could test drive the Venza, while he had my trade in appraised. Everything was done efficiently, and we agreed on a price quickly. Don made sure all our questions were answered and all our needs were met. It was an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Don and the Lowe Toyota team. More
I am one of those customers that is very skeptical regarding the type of service to expect from a car dealership. I have had some very bad experiences in the past. I go into the process with a me vs. regarding the type of service to expect from a car dealership. I have had some very bad experiences in the past. I go into the process with a me vs. them mentality. And even though I go in as prepared as possible, I know they know more about the process, product and price than I ever will. So my guard was up and my data (ammo) was ready. Earl Yongblood stepped forward and introduced himself and I thought "and so the battle begins". Earl began with a nice professional smile and handshake. As we test-drove vehicles and looked at different models Earl was ultra polite to both myself and my wife. He gave very straightforward answers to all our questions. When we finally settled on the car we wanted, he and Mike, the sales manager, were very upfront and honest about what they would and would not do. I took a couple more days shopping around at different dealers but eventually it was Lowe Toyota that won my business because, first when all numbers were considered they had the best price but additionally they remained professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process.
