I'd purchased a new Sienna van. The ENTIRE crew was simply outstanding. I was thinking about a Highlander as well and they were very thorough in explaining the differences. In fact we were about to leave to think about the price, and the General Manager came out and thanked us for coming in. He'd not once asked us to purchase on the spot! He'd informed us that he was accessible and available at any time, and if we had any questions to call him. We then spoke to him about how we like to travel and he'd pointed out a few more items on the van that we didn't know and we were just thrilled. Lowe Toyota does so much for our community, and we just decided to buy right there on the spot. As long as we live in Warner Robins, we will not buy from another car dealer. More

Michael let me test drive several vehicles and took the time to explain the features of each vehicle thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable about each of the vehicles that we took out on a test drive. He took time to ask exactly the type of vehicle and options that I would like the vehicle to have. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted even though Lowe didn't have it in their current inventory. Lowe gave me a fair trade on my vehicle also. In the past when trading cars at other dealerships it was always a hassle with getting a fair trade on my vehicle and negotiation on price. At Lowe, the business part of the transaction went smoothly. Michael delivered my vehicle to me about 50 miles from the dealership within two business days. I would definitely recommend Lowe Toyota. Mr. Blackmon was an excellent car salesman. I told him what I wanted and he worked the deal. The overall price was not what i was expecting a little higher (however, i was not specific on that one :)), t what I wanted and he worked the deal. I was very pleased with the customer service and salesman knoledge at Lowe Toyoya. The price on my new Corolla was below all the local competition. My salesman was in the same position I was in, looking for knoledge at Lowe Toyoya. The price on my new Corolla was below all the local competition.
