My husband and I purchased two new Toyota vehicles from Lowe Toyota in February 2023. The customer service was very good. Had an appointment at 9:30 just to see if my tire was covered on my 2022 Camry. It took 2 hours for Terrence, the service pro to figure out that it wasn’t covered and would be full cost. When I questione covered on my 2022 Camry. It took 2 hours for Terrence, the service pro to figure out that it wasn’t covered and would be full cost. When I questioned Terrence about the wait for a simple answer he told me “he doesn’t care about his customers time” and that “he don’t care how much I paid” 2 hours just to figure out if it was covered through warranty. Terrence was very unprofessional and tempered, maybe he had a bad day or short on staff. I could understand that but, all he wanted was to argue, even his manager had to tell him to chill out! More
Terrible experience today. They told me, my tire had a nail, and it couldn’t be repaired, spend 300$ on a new tire. I asked for my old tire back, and went to another tire shop, and they were able to fix i nail, and it couldn’t be repaired, spend 300$ on a new tire. I asked for my old tire back, and went to another tire shop, and they were able to fix it, no problem. So I called Gina Vanwormer at Lowe’s Toyota, to see, if I could have my old tire mounted, and get my money back for the new tire. She said, since we already drove off, it’s not considered a new tire anymore, and I can’t have my money back. Needless to say, I will never go back to them, and will file a former complaint with the BBB. It’s a shame, that they take advantage of customers like that! More
