Upon arriving on the parking lot, I was greeted with a professional acting salesman. He immediately made me feel like I was the most important person of the day. Once my vehicle was purchased it took a total of over 5 hours over 2 days to drive away with my brand new vehicle in pristine condition. In the past with a new vehicle I have been offered a loaner car to take with me since the service was going to take more than an hour on my newly purchased vehicle and this dealership did nothing of the sort. I would understand if they had informed me that they were busy, but they would say it will only be an hour and I call back to check in 2 hours and they had not started work on my vehicle yet. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my service. More
When I spoke with Leory the night before coming in the following morning I told him what two vehicles we were interested in and what specifications we wanted. The following morning when we came in, he remembered which two and had his sales manager come in and he had Leory bring a camry around he thought would match. Even though it was close to what we were looking for, Leory allowed us to look at others in which we found the one we really liked and bought. Leory was very patient, he never once tried to talk us into a different one, and allowed us to look at as many as we wanted without rushing us. In a business where sales are the way you make your living, it was nice that he never pressured and rushed us. More

This makes the third time I have gone to Lowe Toyota for a new vehicle and every time they have given me the price I've sought for the vehicles. They provide all the requested information very professionall a new vehicle and every time they have given me the price I've sought for the vehicles. They provide all the requested information very professionally about options and such and never attempt to persuade me into buying more or less than the exact vehicle I'm looking for. They are far superior to any other dealers in the area as they are VERY willing to negotiate with the buyer rather demanding absurd amounts for their vehicles (which is the trend at the other dealers around here). The sales person I've worked with was the first person I met about 3 years ago when I bought my first vehicle and it's reassuring to know that I was able to go back to the same sales person again over the next 2 years, this speaks well about the dealership that they retain quality staff. I'd also like to mention that Mr. Lawrence has always taken the offers I've made seriously and presents them to his management without a hint of reluctance and crying like most other sales people do when the offers are very low but still fair. I have bought numerous vehicles in my time and I know what they are worth and I also do my homework and have facts about the vehicles well before I approach the sale personnel, I have almost always in the past encountered a reluctant and arrogant attitude from other dealers but have NEVER been treated this way from Mr. Lawrence or any of the other staff at Lowe Toyota. Bottom line I am extremely pleased with the sales and service I receive their and I intend to return next year for my wife's next new vehicle also. More
Michael promptly greeted us in a friendly manner. He had a no-pressure approach and seemed like he was willing to spend all day looking at different cars if necessary. We (my wife and I) had been discussing, for several weeks, the feasibility to trade-in the 2010 Corolla and the 2011 Camry that we purchased two years previous. We decided to study and evaluate "several" Toyota and other dealers in Georgia. After studying & evaluating the other dealer websites, we studied the "Lowe Toyota" website and discovered that a contact with whom we met in 2002 when we first moved to Georgia was affiliated with Lowe Toyota as their Parts & Service Manager - Mr. Richard Soles. We called Richard Soles and discussed our thoughts & ideas with him and suggested to him that we would visit the Lowe Toyota dealership on Friday, August 24, 2012. Richard indicated to us that he would introduce us to a very dependable sales-person. We did visit the Lowe Toyota dealership on Friday, met with Richard, and we were introduced to Mrs. Linda Cuyler-Slaughter. We explained our thoughts and ideas to Linda; she then proceeded to help us to trade-in the two aformentioned vehicles and purchase a new 2012 Toyota Corolla. We were and we are very impressed with the positive business approach and attitude of Linda and of the entire Lowe Toyota "team." After concluding the purchase of the 2012 Corolla we thanked her (Linda) very sincerely and met again with Richard to thank him for the opportunity to talk to him and to proceed to purchase the new vehicle. This is our very first time visiting, meeting with personnel and doing business with the Lowe Toyota team; we are quite impressed and will take our vehicle to this delaership for all of the service. We highly recommend Lowe Toyota and thrir team / family. More
