Best car buying experience of my life! My wife and I had been involved in an accident that totaled our vehicle we had purchased 6 months prior at Salt Lake City Low Book. We went in and tal My wife and I had been involved in an accident that totaled our vehicle we had purchased 6 months prior at Salt Lake City Low Book. We went in and talked to Evan who assisted us with the purchase of the now totaled vehicle. We owed more money than the vehicle was worth and for some reason I opted out of gap insurance. Evan was able to cancel our warranty coverage that was left on our previous GMC and apply it to the debt owed on the totaled vehicle. He and Cash were able to get us approved on a new vehicle for a great price and we were able to drive away that day. I highly recommend the Salt Lake City Low Book and recommend working with Evan and Cash to all my friends. More

Smooth, quick, professional transaction over the phone I live in Boise, ID and found the car I was looking for on their website via another car sales site. I called up the front office and was connected t I live in Boise, ID and found the car I was looking for on their website via another car sales site. I called up the front office and was connected to a salesman right away. They didn't know a lot about the BMW I was wanting to buy but they were more than willing to investigate and find the information I was looking for. My brother-in-law was in town for a wedding and they worked with him to test drive the car for me. My brother-in-law said they were super professional and ran a strong organization (he used to work with car dealers as a software sales manager). Once I decided to purchase the car they let me make a quick down payment over the phone and arrange to take delivery in person the following Saturday with a cashier's check. Looking forward to picking the car up. Would easily recommend them to someone else either locally or remote! More

Oddly an enjoyable experience Went in looking for a new to me car, and I have been hassled every time I have been to a car dealership. This was by far the most unusual car buying Went in looking for a new to me car, and I have been hassled every time I have been to a car dealership. This was by far the most unusual car buying experience of my life at this point. The sales guys were not pushy and didn't do the whole back and forth game of "let me see what my sales manager can do". I told them what I wanted, and they were able to help me out. There was not a push to get me to put more down and I didn't feel like I was being forced to do anything that I didn't want to do unlike at the bigger dealerships. The finance guy I was dealing with (Cash) was extremely awesome and actually seemed like he enjoyed his job. There was not a forceful sales pitch from him about warranties and extras that you need to buy...everything was included! Warranties and Gap worked up already, very cool! Thanks again guys for an awesome experience. More
