Amazing, Amazing Amazing!!! So when you know your credit is not in a good place, buying a car is so intimidating. You don’t want to go get your hopes up to only be told no. Wel So when you know your credit is not in a good place, buying a car is so intimidating. You don’t want to go get your hopes up to only be told no. Well not only were they able to get us approved, they got us a lower interest rate than I had on the vehicle I traded in! Tyler didn’t push us into a vehicle we couldn’t affor, he steered us towards the ones that were in or price range but also fit what I wanted which was 4WD. We have a beautiful 2016 Jeep Compass and I’m so happy to have a safe reliable car for my family this winter! Thank you low book sales, we will be back. More

Great for Buying but their service department stinks We had a pleasant experience buying a car through Low Book SLC at the end of April. A few months later I got a screw in the tire so I took it into th We had a pleasant experience buying a car through Low Book SLC at the end of April. A few months later I got a screw in the tire so I took it into the Lindon service department. The never noticed the screw and just told me my tires were rotting from the inside out and they all needed to be replaced. I felt like I was pushed into a hard place so I left. I bought tires from a place I trusted who did notice the screw in the tire. We found ourselves needing another vehicle so we went back to see Danny. When I told him what had happened with the tires he spoke to someone and they took some money off of the van we were looking at. They told us it needed some repairs and so we bought it and paid them to do the repairs. The month since has been xxxx. They kept the van over the weekend because they didn't finish, constant check engine light issues etc. I finally took it to the honda dealer and they told the services I paid for weren't done and that they'd put in the wrong brand of spark plugs. When I've reached out to them the don't care at all. Only by a certified used car (which I thought the van was-that's what it says on the listing) if you're going to buy from them. More
