Worse experience ever I had my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 towed to Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after it was recovered from being stolen. I thought having my vehicle being s I had my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 towed to Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after it was recovered from being stolen. I thought having my vehicle being stolen was terrible but, this place was awful. All they had to fix was the ignition switch where the thieves broke it. It took them nearly five weeks to repair it and they charged over $800. It was finished a week ago and no call to let me know. This is the worse experience of my life with any business. 67 yrs old.
