We did this on a whim and arrived at the dealer around 1:30PM. We spent 6 1/2 hours there during the purchase. Near the end of the purchase, the vehicle was scratched, quite deeply, while they were cleaning it up for us. We requested that this be added to the We Owe paperwork. It took nearly an additional hour to get that they would repair the scratch added. Fast forward four weeks and we were lied to repeatedly by the sales person and others at the dealership about what they were doing to repair the scratch. They would promise to call us back and we would never get a return call. All of this came to ahead when I finally spoke to Karen Hester. She said she would take care of getting the repair done. A week later, we finally drop the car off to get the repair done. I was treated like crap during the process of dropping my car off to the service department. The service writer greeted me by asking what I wanted instead of how can I help you. Once we got through that, they put me in a loaner car that smelled like stale cigarettes and was covered in glitter and trash. I dealt with it, as it was supposed to be 24 hours until the repair would be done and I could pick my car up. The next day, I received a call to come take a look, as they could not repair it. When I got there, the scratch had been gouged out instead of repaired. I told them that was not acceptable and they needed to repair it. While walking with the service writer, I ask if they could possibly clean up or swap out the loaner, as it was horrible and I didn't want to put my kids in it for a week. He advised that I "should feel lucky to have a loaner" and "they don't clean them up between customers because sales will not share their detailer". Unhappy with this, I went in to talk to the GM. HE didn't say a thing, just stared at me blankly. A sales manager who happened to be in the room offered to vacuum the car. I accepted and he went and vacuumed the loaner. At this point, I thought things would move along. However, nearly a week later, I receive a phone call that they do not want to make the repair, they want to give me $500 and have me "go away". I advised that was not good enough, as I bought a brand new vehicle and expect a brand new vehicle. I immediately called JEEP and complained. I also called back to talk to the GM. I received a return phone call from Rich, the new GM. He advised that he told them to make me the offer, but not in the way it was conveyed. He said they will fix it, and they would make it perfect. He then told me it would be done in about a week. While it has not been a week and I have not seen the JEEP yet, I am writing because I am tired of the BS runaround. What they have hidden, and I have learned now, is that the repair will void my warranty on the vehicle paint and possibly the windows and many other areas they have to remove to do the job right. Even if they do get it "perfect" I am without warranty coverage on an important component of the JEEP and the likelihood of it holding up is next to none (according to painter I spoke with). He said I would be lucky to get two years if they did it well, as the seams where they tape off will start to peel away from the rest of the finish. Stay as far away from this dealer as possible. There is no reason anyone should have to deal with this ridiculous run around. More

Thrilled with my new Jeep! I was considering getting a newer vehicle and found a jeep online that I was interested in. Horrible experience. Would never go back!! I called and asked if a certain vehicle I found online was available and assured me it would be. When we arrived we asked for our salesman. He greet I called and asked if a certain vehicle I found online was available and assured me it would be. When we arrived we asked for our salesman. He greeted us and sat us at a table and left. We sat there for over 20 minutes and finally we asked the front desk to page him. He finally came back and said I have good news and bad news. The car you wanted is out on loan. I didn't even ask for the good news as they called me at least 3 times to confirm my appointment included 1/2 hour before I was supposed to be there. Each time I asked if the car was still availble and each time they assure me it was. This was a typical bait and switch. We walked out and went to another dealer and purchased a car. More
