Outstanding Dealership I had not planned to buy a new car today and had never thought about buying a Kia. However, I stopped by to look at the Kia Sorento after having lunch next door. The sales manager, Robert Baptiste, and the salesperson, Holly Frankovich, were wonderful. The dealership did not pressure me to purchase a car. Holly spent time explaining the features. After a successful test drive, Robert assisted in making me a deal that I could not refuse. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a great car buying experience. More

I h We are quick to give a negative review, but I just had to take a few minutes to give a review for Robert Baptiste, Will Cray and Holly Frankovich. I have known Robert over 15 years and he has always given 7 star service. I appreciate his "we will make it work" attitude. Robert goes above and beyond to get the job done in a stress-less and timely manner. Robert hooked me up with Holly, whom I enjoyed working with. Holly did her homework and was prepared for us when we came to Lou Sobh Kia. She did not pressure us and my dad and brother were very pleased with the first vehicle Holly showed us. Last but surely not least, Will Cray went above and beyond the call of duty working with the banks to get a monthly payment that was very pleasing to the ear.
