His manner was professional as well as polite and he moved about in a timely manner considerate of my time schedule.There was none of this taking the whole day and waiting for hours to buy a new car. I've bought many new cars but I was most impressed with this dealership and it's high level of customer service. They introduced me to the Service Dept. and I was very impressed with them also. Lastly, I dealt with R. Baptiste who assisted in sealing the deal. He was easy going, personable and professional. There was no sales pressure and it made buying a car a really pleasant experience. I liked that it didn't take all day to buy the car. I've bought a lot of new cars but truly this was the best experience ever. More
