I told Chris S. what I wanted in a Sorento and within 5 minutes of talking he educated me on what model fit all my criteria. His manner was professional as well as polite and he moved about in a timely manner considerate of my time schedule.There was none of this taking the whole day and waiting for hours to buy a new car. I've bought many new cars but I was most impressed with this dealership and it's high level of customer service. They introduced me to the Service Dept. and I was very impressed with them also. Lastly, I dealt with R. Baptiste who assisted in sealing the deal. He was easy going, personable and professional. There was no sales pressure and it made buying a car a really pleasant experience. I liked that it didn't take all day to buy the car. I've bought a lot of new cars but truly this was the best experience ever. More

Chris was very helpful and took the time and patience to get me into the car I wanted. He must have been a track star when he was younger as I had him running back and forth to make changes and get me the pricing I wanted but he always came back with a smile. He actually reminded me of an actor (Delroy Lindo in Sahara) as he was smiling all the time. He definitely is not your typical pushy car sales man. I would recommend if you are looking for a Kia to call ahead and ask for Chris as you don't want to just pull up and be bombarded by reps running out to sell you a vehicle. More

GREAT experience! I had spent all day at dealerships being hounded into purchasing a car that day. I went to Lou Sobh and felt absolutely no pressure into buying. I talked to Santi, who showed me two different cars - one I originally went in to see and another that he thought I would like better. He was absolutely right, and after talking extensively, I decided to buy today. Santi got me a great deal and I was able to walk out that day with a new car and a low monthly payment. After I purchased the car, Santi sat with me and walked me through all the features and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. In no way did I feel pressured to buy today, and I'm extremely happy with my new purchase! More
Purchase of Kia Soul 2015 Yesterday our daughter purchased a new Kia Soul, with the help of her Father, from Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming, Ga. We were helped by Marty McCall who wa Yesterday our daughter purchased a new Kia Soul, with the help of her Father, from Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming, Ga. We were helped by Marty McCall who was wonderful. She walked our daughter through the entire sale and thoroughly explained everything every step of the way. When the car was ready to go Marty sat in the car with our daughter and helped her get everything set up, explained every detail of the car and got her phone set up with the Blue Tooth so she had music and phone as soon as she left the dealership. We never once felt hurried or that we were being a bother even though it was 8PM. Marty was extremely friendly and helpful. Robert Bapiste, the Sales Manager, continually checked with us to make sure everything was going according to schedule and was extremely helpful and friendly. He and my husband really connected, both through the car experience and the fact they are both Veterans. Lou Sobh Kia is very supportive of Veterans and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Will, the Finance Manager, was also very thorough, going over all the paperwork to make sure we understood everything. He also is a Veteran and made us feel like we were the only people on his agenda. He made sure our daughter received every possible discount and consideration which was very appreciated as she is single and every penny counts. I usually Dread the thoughts of going to a car dealership to put together a purchase, I'd rather go to the dentist for a root canal! I must say this experience was quite pleasant and not stressful at all. The entire staff we dealt with at Lou Sobh Kia was first class in every way. Excellent Experience We were interested in a used Ford Flex. JP was our salesman and Robert was the Sales Manager. They were professional but personal.
