Trusted Dealership Sales and Service Purchased a used car six months ago paid over 6k for it paid cash since that time the car has been there three times for repair and yes I have paid al Purchased a used car six months ago paid over 6k for it paid cash since that time the car has been there three times for repair and yes I have paid also went to another shop for an issue this last time I had to have it towed there paid over 400.00 drove it 2.5 miles homes started to work next day went less then ten and check engine light came on drove back to car dealership missing some unpaid time at work yes they put me in a loaner only to be told it was something they could not handle new codes came up but of course I could use the car for a down payment I had a previous bad experience on the previous car I purchased but I was told we are here for you and we will help if your car has issues well I have had four and their response is you had the car for six months and drove it 10k miles so do the math 6k plus 1k I have had to put into it so for every 1,000 miles I have driven it; it has cost me 700 my car is up there I now have to pay an extra expense to get it to another shop and try to have it repaired by Saturday oh and the service department said they would put the bad part back in and refund my money thanks for putting the defective part back on my car appreciate it Update returned the loaner today at 1pm after having my car towed to AAMCO NO REFUND as promised shocking but then at 4:15pm service manager calls and says I need the loaner back I said I returned it he says well I just walked in and they said you didn't I said your employee drove me home three hours ago More

Finally, a dealership that isn't super shady We spent over a month looking for a car, and it was disappointing and frustrating finding so many dealerships that misrepresented their vehicles onlin We spent over a month looking for a car, and it was disappointing and frustrating finding so many dealerships that misrepresented their vehicles online with inaccurate descriptions and photos. After visiting seven other dealerships and walking away from all of them, we saw a listing at Lou Sobh Kia that looked great. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Darren, who spent two days answering my questions and assuring me the photos were accurate and true depictions of the van on their lot. We agreed to go see the van, but I was still leery after working with several other dealerships only to find the cars they were selling weren't decent at all. From the time we walked into the sales floor, we were treated kindly and I only heard one untruth spoken to me, which still isn't okay, but it is SO much better than the multiple lies we have heard over the last month. We bought the van and have been pleased with the process, the pricing, the van, and the way were treated while making the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a mostly honest dealership in the metro area. I had started to lose faith in all car salespeople and now I know there are two who are decent: Darren and Shane. The manager, Chad, was able to get a better interest rate than our bank, which was awesome. He wasn't the most personable, but I was also very frustrated at this point in our car search and probably could have been kinder to him, too. End result-- he helped us get the car we wanted at a reasonable price and I'm thankful for that. If you're fed up with the search, try this dealership. They work with their customers, they aren't rude or too shady, and they follow up after the sale. More

Typically, I would spend weeks pouring over reviews and comparison shopping both among different brands and dealerships...not this time.. After doing a quick search on brands, models and prices I decided that either the KIa Rio5 hatchback or the Soul would likely our best choice. Both had pluses and minuses, but had the features we wanted at in a price range in which we felt comfortable. After doing an internet search using various car shopping sites, we found some good candidates at Lou Sobh (a 2-hour drive away). I called to ask about the advertised cars. Within an hour I had price quotes that were the best prices I'd found. Because I work and live two hours away, I asked if I could arrive at an hour or so before closing and get it done today. The answer was "yes." The dealer I spoke with on the phone had to leave, but turned me over to Tyler, the dealer that helped me at the lot, both were patient, courteous and helpful. The only pressure I felt was from the fact that I needed to leave the lot with a car and my wife and I were having trouble deciding. However, once we decided on the car (after 3 different test drives), we were done with all the paperwork in 30 minutes....that is 30 minutes after closing (and, thanks goes to Chad for hanging out as well). We were the last to leave. Also, the dealer provides a tank of gas in each new car, and Tyler had us follow him to a nearby station to pay for the full tank. Everything we were told on the phone, we got. There were no surprises...WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!! Thanks guys, I will both recommend your dealership and will be back myself for the next purchase when the time comes. Cheers! More
