Together, they helped me work through a problem not of their making in a supportive and yet non-pressuring way. Excellent! Sean and Chad provided excellent customer service. They worked hard to get me the price I needed and into a vehicle I love. They were very considerate to my small child being with me and worked as fast as possible, even offering snacks for my son. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Exceptional! Honesty does not exist here They lied to me about the initial price tried to charge 1000 more than the price in their website. After negotiations the told me they accepted my off They lied to me about the initial price tried to charge 1000 more than the price in their website. After negotiations the told me they accepted my offer including what I said I agreed to as a down payment. Was told multiple times to come in the deal was approved. Came in and neither person I was dealing with was their (was told the sales manager had been there since 730 am long before it opens). The sales manager came back and suddenly the door payment is 3000 more than I had quoted, but hey if that didn't work their was another car I had no interest in at all which they could get me in for only 800 more than I had originally discussed. So Chad I do not care if you were there since 730 because you are not the only one that works ling hours. The difference was that after working my long hours I fought traffic on a LIE and yoi all couldn't even bother to be there when I got there. I will happily tell everyone about the shady dishonest buainess practices at Lou Sobh Kia..... More
