service Department I have always been leery when it comes to dealerships and service departments. I have very poor experiences when I lived in Ohio and every time I bro I have always been leery when it comes to dealerships and service departments. I have very poor experiences when I lived in Ohio and every time I brought my car to the dealership in Ohio within 2 weeks something else was always broken. I had little faith in the service techs. On Friday 8/4 I discovered that my son's kia (2010) had a flat, upon examination I discovered that both front tires were damaged. I called first thing Saturday morning in the hopes it can seen and repaired because my son had to drive back to college on Sunday morning, needless to say Jonathan who took my call told me it was a busy day, but surely we can be seen. I arrived within 15 minutes and by 5pm that evening the tires were changed and my son was driving it home. this is the second time Jonathan assisted when there has been an urgency. Yes the experience was very good and I would recommend to a friend. THank you. More
