Courteous and knowledgeable The service staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained everything that was performed. We brought my Sorento in as the check engine lig The service staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained everything that was performed. We brought my Sorento in as the check engine light would not go out but went out the day before we brought the vehicle in. They explained that if it came on again to bring it in while light is on. We had oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. Could not be happier with the service. Thanks. Great job. More

Jonathan Handman is the BEST!! Jonathan in the Service Department has shown me Exceptional Customer Service. I at one time thought that even though I bought my current car that I own from Lou Sobh, it was someone's trade in and not a Kia, that my car would not get serviced as well or respected. But Jonathan Handman has proved me wrong! And treated just like any other Kia Car Owner there and no different. He is Nice and Considerate to EVERYBODY! And that is what I appreciate about him. Ralph & Biijan Are Two Wonderful People who Helped me a lot! Hello, Soon after I bought my 2015 Buick Encore from Lou Sobh Kia which, btw.. I was soOoo extremely thankful for because my credit history was poo Hello, Soon after I bought my 2015 Buick Encore from Lou Sobh Kia which, btw.. I was soOoo extremely thankful for because my credit history was poor. And though I was so super grateful for the guys, Wil & Tyler working hard to get the car for me, I did have some things occur not so pleasing like my paper work not getting sent in to the finance company like it should have been. My 1st Payment due date was coming up in a matter of weeks and nothing had been sent to me. I eventually became infuriated. Not going to go into detail and trying to keep from writing a book on the negative I'd just like to say a Big Warm Thank You to those who helped me through the storm and who actually got something done! Ralph Bullard Called me and made EVERYTHING better! Praise God there are still people out there who care about other people! And Ralph is one of them. He called and talked to me calmly and caringly and soothed my pains and most importantly, he made sure that paperwork got sent in to the Finance Company immediately! He could see my concern of possibly being late on my 1st Car payment which would be no fault of mine, and Ralph took the reins of the situation and steered things in the direction they should have gone in the first place. So, Ralph Bullard, Hats off to you my friend for helping this damsel in distress that day! I have never forgotten it nor or I ever will. God Bless you & your Family for the goodness you have shown me. As well, Bijan Khajeh though he was not my sells man has been nothing short but SWEET to me Every time I come in even up to just the other day when he saw me in the service department! I LOVE him! He always makes me feel Welcomed and he even asks me about my Mother and how she is doing as she was in the Hospital as I was buying the car. I just really appreciate him and always will. God Bless you too Bijan and Thank you for being so nice to me. And last but not least, I must thank Tyler Le Page for the kind Salesmanship that he had shown and a Big Thank You for driving the New Car to my house while I drove my old car as I had no relative to assist me that night. He was a Sweetheart for doing that and I was thankful he was willing and so helpful. Thank you Tyler, and may God Bless you for your kindness and helpfulness towards me and others. So, overall, though the was a (Temporary) bad experience, it got made better by these two workers you've got here and I am very pleased overall with Lou Sobh Kia. Thank you all Very Much!
