Service representatives were very courteous but the time expectation presented for drop-off to pick-up was hours too short. The experienced service rep lady ( mgr.?) was very good late in the day. The finance rep dealt with my requests very well. The sales representative was also great and tried in every way to be helpful and courteous with us in the selection phase. More
