Awesome customer service First of all, Tim Tyler really knows his cars. Secondly, he took the time to show me what every single button did on the instrument panel, steering wh First of all, Tim Tyler really knows his cars. Secondly, he took the time to show me what every single button did on the instrument panel, steering wheel, ac controls, digital display controls, Etc. He even showed me how to set up my Android Auto. He really went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about my car. Thirdly, Tim didn't rush my buying experience. I was flying solo, with a husband in Virginia texting me back while he was at work, so I was grateful Tim gave me the time to communicate with my husband. Awesome guy, super nice, please work with Tim for you next car experience! Meanwhile, Chad Calhoun treated the whole experience professionally and rationally. He knows his job inside and out, and was swamped with other sales going on at the same time. Regardless, I got quick answers, a price and interest rate I was extremely happy with. Great place to service electric Kia Soul EV I've had several issues with my electric Kia Soul EV and twice had these issues diagnosed and repaired under warranty at Lou Sobh Kia. Over several vi I've had several issues with my electric Kia Soul EV and twice had these issues diagnosed and repaired under warranty at Lou Sobh Kia. Over several visits I dealt with Jeff Christian, John Goode and David Mallory. All of them were great. Overall, the service department employees are very polite and they carefully listened to my concerns. Appointments are easy to book online or over the phone. My car was fixed the same day on both occasions. After the service they pull your car to the front door. So I'm very happy with the speediness and workmanship of their service department. More

Great experience buying a new car. After researching Kia's lineup and visiting a few dealerships, I happened into Lou Sobh Kia t hopefully see some different colors and maybe do a test After researching Kia's lineup and visiting a few dealerships, I happened into Lou Sobh Kia t hopefully see some different colors and maybe do a test drive. Tim Tyler greeted me at the door and proceeded to show me around the lot and answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the various trim levels and all of the features of each vehicle we looked at. His demeanor was relaxed and supportive, never high pressure. We went for a test drive and sat down to talk about some pricing. He was accommodating and respectful of my time. He happily agreed to email some info and wait until I spoke with my wife and could take time to think everything over. Honestly, his lack of pressure at this point made all the difference; that and the good deal that I feel they were able to put together. I called Tim back the next morning and after a short visit drove away in my new KIA! Thanks Tim for an easy car buying experience. More
