Great customer service We were in the market for a used or new vehicle as a third car for our new drivers in the family. I contacted Lou Sobh Kia about a new KIA Optima we were interested in test driving. Alyssa was prompt with an initial quote, and it contained no surprises. I set up a test drive. We are not far from Lou Sobh Kia, and I told Alyssa that we would be there in 10-15 minutes. The car was upfront waiting for us! The rest of the experience was equally as smooth.
