My Sorrento smelled like gas and I was afraid to drive it home. So I went into the service department and said "help". Thiago Ding was kind, considerate, and efficient. Their waiting room was exceptionally nice. My car was serviced, the fuel line that had come off was replaced, and I was driving home before dark. I would recommend them to anyone! More

They offfer exceptional customer service every time I come in for oil change and rotation and they always accept my coupons. They always meet me before I get out of the car. I have never got out of my car to go inside and say I am here for service like other Kia dealership where I purchased my Kia in Marietta. I will never go back to that dealership. When I go for service, I always make an appointment and I have never had to wait a long time unless something else is detected and that wait hasn't been very long. I understand if I did have to wait long, it's not their fault. More
