Awesome Customer Service i Lou Sobh Kia was proactive in reminding me of the outstanding Product Recalls on my Sorrento. I called the dealership, very professional & engaging Se Lou Sobh Kia was proactive in reminding me of the outstanding Product Recalls on my Sorrento. I called the dealership, very professional & engaging Service Rep, booked a time slot. On day of service, was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable Service Rep. The Best Dealership I am 70 years old any have purchased, leased and had serviced more cars than I can remember and your dealership by far exceeds all the other dealershi I am 70 years old any have purchased, leased and had serviced more cars than I can remember and your dealership by far exceeds all the other dealerships I have been associated with. I moved to Cumming in 2017 and brought my Sedona in for service and I was hooked. I have since leased a Forte and a Telluride. Chase Mueller is the best sales person I have ever dealt with and you don't want to lose him. I worked with him over the last eight months getting my new Telluride and he ordered my car just the way I wanted, bettered my budget and coordinated the delivery to coincide closely with the end of my Sedona's lease. He was able to get to only one payment left on my Sedona. Quite frankly, I am very surprised that KIA would not pickup this one payment for a continuing customer, but that is KIA not your dealership. Thanks again for the great service and be sure to commend Chase. More
