Lou Sobh is no different than your local lot selling junk cars at mint condition prices. Their salespeople have been selling for years and know how to slick talk with the best of them. Buyer beware. We hoped that shopping in our area for a car for our daughter would be the best… but the this point we’re stuck with a car in need of repairs and a new driver feeling discouraged and frustrated. Thanks for giving us your problem, Lou Sobh. Whether it’s: “we just got this trade in from an older couple, so you know they’ve been taking care of it” to “we took it to the original manufacturer to get everything repaired and working right on it…” the bottom line is: their salespeople work hand to mouth and it’s feast or famine. No one working as a car salesman is rich and their family is more important to them than yours is to them. I get it… but don’t lie to me. Bottom line is, it’s a dog eat dog world, you should decide if you want to be eaten at Lou Sobh or somewhere else. More

As dealerships go, this appears to be one of the better ones. My experience was good in that they did not make me wait around any more than necessary during the sales process. When giving feedback to any dealer, i would add that i am no fan of the decades old dealership sales model and would suggest a move to more of an online purchase experience. 2024 and we are still negotiating car prices, doing the sales dance at the dealership, and doing more paperwork than should be necessary. PS…i purchased a Rivian electric vehicle last year….completely from home. No negotiation, everything on line, overnighted the check to the company and they called me 5 days later to let me know my vehicle was ready to pickup. It took me 10 minutes to get the vehicle once i arrived at the Rivian center, which is the total time i spent at Rivian during the entire process. It was fantastic and so convenient! More
