Honestly, better than expected. My mom had brought her kia here as well as other friends/families and had received poor quality in repair. Seems they have changed for the better because my boyfriend works kia here as well as other friends/families and had received poor quality in repair. Seems they have changed for the better because my boyfriend works for Hyundai and he looked the car over after the engine replacement and said they did a good job overall. The ONLY thing to note is that the oil change sticker was not updated and the undercover was not cleaned(from previous oil leaks). But not complaining because they did a good job and finished the car quicker than expected and my car has a new engine! Thanks Jeff and thank you to Chad (the tech) for doing a good job! More

This is a terrible dealership with terrible employees. Both Kristen and Jeff said out the door price was $6,400 for a car I was interested in. That price includes the taxes and tag. But after giving us this offer, when signing papers, the total was about $7,700 so I walked out. And then a few moments later I got a phone call and text that they could work with me on the price and the total ended up being about $7,800. I don’t know what kind of game y’all are playing or how stupid y’all think I am. Not only did you not honor the quoted price, but you increased the final offer as if I wouldn’t notice. Again, this is a terrible dealership with terrible, lying employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time here. You’re better off looking elsewhere. More
