I had gone to KIA MALL OF GEORGIA for my warranty service. After over 4 hours they had not looked at my car. Needless to say, I left. I called Lou Sobh & spoke to Tanya. If I could give negative stars I would. Chris Erickson the salesperson sells used cars with known safety problems. I brought car in after a pre-purchase inspection and pointed out that the car is leaking the salesperson sells used cars with known safety problems. I brought car in after a pre-purchase inspection and pointed out that the car is leaking fluid from the rack and pinion and that the car is also leaking oil and fluids from multiple places. He told me the mechanics at Lou Sobh Kia will take a look at it and told me all the leaks were resolved. I brought the car back home and there were still fluids leaking from the power steering rack and pinion. What happens to the car when the rack and pinion goes out? You lose the control of steering. It is dangerous for your life, and Chris Erickson knowingly sent me home with a faulty rack and pinion. His response after I got angry at him? He rudely told me "wear and tear" is expected on an used car and that if I want perfect suspension, I should buy his 40-50k new car. Yeah used cars have wear and you can't expect perfect suspension but at the very least you shouldn't be selling cars with safety problems. Don't give this guy your business and go somewhere else to buy your cars. He takes advantage of people in this stupid car market. It isn't worth your safety. Drive safe everyone. More
