My salesperson Chase was awesome! ! He took the time to show me all the new features. I am a previous Kia Soul owner (2017) and there are so many new changes, upgrades, etc. Great job! ! Matt is my service advisor and this was my first service experience since purchasing my Telluride at Lou Sobh. Matt was very attentive and took very good care of my Telluride and even got soaking wet going experience since purchasing my Telluride at Lou Sobh. Matt was very attentive and took very good care of my Telluride and even got soaking wet going to get my car in the pouring down rain to bring not to the service drive so I wouldn’t get wet. He even had the guys take the sticker off the back of my car that I didn’t want on there. Thanks Matt for the great service. More
