BUYER BEWARE Our kia soul got totaled in a accident that was not our fault. I started looking for a replacement car. We like the Kia Seltos and found that Lou Sobh had 2 in stock. I drove to the dealership over 30 miles from my house and met salesman Chris Erickson. he looked and both cares had been sold he said he had 4 Seltos coming in. I asked about the price and he said that Lou Sobh has added $3000 to the MSRP. I told him that I was going to buy today but I wanted to purchase it at the MSRP of $24710. He said they would not do that and ALL CARS AT LOU SOBH HAD $3000 ADDED TO THE MSRP. WHAT this is just Highway robbery. They try to justice this charge by saying it has a paint protection package and a Nitrogen fill in the tires. REALLY you must be kidding. There is no more chip shortage and there is no car shortage. this dealer has 6 Seltos coming in 6 weeks. I asked for the sales manger who would not even come over and talk to me. What a way to treat a customer. I need a car and I thought that Lou Sobh do want there web site says.
