Used Kia purchase I bought a used Kia from this dealership. I was in a situation where my parents had to look for the car while I worked then I had to go pick it up at I bought a used Kia from this dealership. I initially came for a different car and fell in love with a newer model, Robert and holly both worked hard to make sure I drove off the lot in my 2012 Sorento. Excellent service, love my 2014 sorento I bought a 2014 Sorento at lou sobh in cumming. I went there specifically for the excellent service I know Robert Babptiste and Holly provide. And the I bought a 2014 Sorento at lou sobh in cumming. I went there specifically for the excellent service I know Robert Babptiste and Holly provide. And they didn't disappoint. Holly was fantastic. She sat down with me and helped me figure out my best options in terms of price and quality. Robert was the reason I traveled to Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming and bypassed the closer Mall of Georgia Kia to purchase a new vehicle. I met him when he helped me finance my first Kia. I recently totalled that car, and it is because of Robert that I was even able to buy another Kia.....he convinced me to buy Gap insurance! The service and care he provides to his customers is superior and it is what makes him the person I will always go to when purchasing a vehicle. When i called to tell him I was finally ready to replace my totalled Optima and that i was on my way to Lou Sobh, he and Holly met me at the front of the beautiful new dealership. They made the whole process incredibly easy. While Robert was helping me finalize all the paperwork, Holly was filling up the tank and getting my gorgeous new, but used, 2014 Sorento fully detailed. I couldn't ask to work with two better people while buying a car. As long as Robert Baptiste and Holly are at Lou Sobh Kia, they will be my go to dealership. Thank you both so much. Proud owner of 2016 Sportage I wasn't planning to buy a new car this year but heard on the radio about the KIA Holiday Event, 0 percent interest for up to 66 months and no payment I wasn't planning to buy a new car this year but heard on the radio about the KIA Holiday Event, 0 percent interest for up to 66 months and no payment for 5 months with KIA picking up 2 payments. I had been driving a 2006 Sorento for almost 10 years without any major problems. I am completely sold on the Kia brand. My salesman, Chris Solenburg was exceptional. He took care up my needs in great detail. The Sales Manager Robert Baptiste made sure that I devoted attention all during the sales process. I am extremely satisfied with the process and the Sportage is much more of a care than I ever expected. If you are looking for a car, now is the time to take advantage of the Holiday Event. Look up Chris and Robert. They will make the process painless. More

Puirchase of new KIA My experience with Chris Gardner at KIA was great. On the day I bought the car I signed my paper work with Willie Cray . He had all the paper work ready and it took less then 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. Chris went out of his way to explain all the gadgets on the vehicle so I could get on my way. In summary I had purchased several vehicles an d this was best service that I had in regards to my purchase. More

That and an excellent deal took me from a Saturday test drive to a same day purchase. Service was personalized including introductions to shop personnel who I would see for maintenance. Customer Service was top of the line and I felt that my business was sincerely valued.. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
