He made sure that the car we wanted met every little detail we wanted. During the paperwork and closing he made sure to explain things thoroughly and helped with it all. Ms. Holly, my sales representative, was very pleasant and gave me a very personal and reliable experience. I didn't feel pressured or in the dark about anything. We were looking for a great family car since we are expecting a little one next year. Santiago Gala and Robert Baptiste made our car buying experience wonderful. They were so friendly and outgoing and never made us feel pressured. They took their time to help us find the right car for our growing family and made us feel valued. We never felt pressured and their patience with us while trying to decide was a breath of fresh air. They answered every question, put every concern to rest and did everything possible to make sure we were happy.
