I am happy to report that I had an excellent experience at Lou Sobh and I'm very pleased with the Optima I purchased. The sales, service, and management staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will heartily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Kia. JP Piedrahita, a high-energy, fun sales representative, went over and above to show me vehicle options and explain the various options and vehicle features. JP was courteous, friendly, and patient with me throughout the negotiations and was very thorough in the delivery process. Outstanding Dealership I had not planned to buy a new car today and had never thought about buying a Kia. However, I stopped by to look at the Kia Sorento after having lunch next door. The sales manager, Robert Baptiste, and the salesperson, Holly Frankovich, were wonderful. The dealership did not pressure me to purchase a car. Holly spent time explaining the features. After a successful test drive, Robert assisted in making me a deal that I could not refuse.
