Hi Harald! Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday on my first visit to Lou Sobh I dropped off my car for servicing in mornin Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday on my first visit to Lou Sobh I dropped off my car for servicing in morning at 9:00 AM. My car was not even at inspection stage at 3:00. After calling multiple times I get a hang of advisor n he sent me maintenance quote at 3:36 n then he stepped away from desk again Then at 4:30 somehow I established contact again after calling multiple times at front desk n chats. I was told nothing can be done today and pickup your car at 6:00 Only 1 out of 6 items was done even though car was at the dealership all day.. 1 item was transm fluid change. I wasted all day yesterday pretty much. Hope this doesnt happen in next visit More

I was told one price on a quote for a repair and when I went to have the service done a week later was told that was incorrect and had to pay a lot more then what I was told. For a cash transaction where sales spent less than 2 hours with me before I agreed to buy with next to no negotiation, was shocked that whoever Shelby kept going back to with questions about pricing wo hours with me before I agreed to buy with next to no negotiation, was shocked that whoever Shelby kept going back to with questions about pricing would not budge on throwing in the feature for garage door opener on rear view mirror which opus less than $400 in cost to the dealer. When my husband needs his new Honda, we will try another honda dealer. More
