Lou Sobh is not convenient to where I live so the entire transaction was done through my credit union's car purchasing program. The contact for the program was Jim Milam. I tried "through my program" to n transaction was done through my credit union's car purchasing program. The contact for the program was Jim Milam. I tried "through my program" to negotiate the price of the vehicle but was told the price was firm, which was a bummer. I didn't work with Jim directly but I did call to cancel a scheduled test drive of the vehicle due to proximity and a scheduling conflict. I don't recall the names of the guys that delivered the vehicle to my credit union but they were accommodating, personable and very professional. It made up for the price not being negotiable....some! Finally, I'm very pleased with my vehicle but N/A needs to be added as an option for responses as most don't apply to me because I used a third party. More

It was a great experience until I was given 2 different finance rates. I have excellent credit (your finance person’s words). Was told you had 2.9 rate. When I was completing paperwork they told me 5% and finance rates. I have excellent credit (your finance person’s words). Was told you had 2.9 rate. When I was completing paperwork they told me 5% and had financed it for a year longer than I requested. When I received my loan papers it was over 6%. I reached out to the sales person but never heard anything. To me that was not honest or above board. I will probably just pay it off. I will probably be sharing on my Facebook and I will tell everyone that I recommended to not go there (which makes me sad because Kim was great!). More

Heather Cullen offers nothing but exceptional service. Communication is top notch, transparency, and I get a level of trust that I have never achieved with any other dealership. I usually have to get a loaner car, and there are never any issues with this. Murtha always has all the bases covered and getting my loaner is usually as simple as getting the keys-turning in the keys. I will probably be buying a new car in the next 12 months, and Lou Sobh has convinced me to stay with HONDA. OUTSTANDING JOB! More

Great place, I drive out of my way to get my car serviced here. I have had Ryan assist me for years and he is always super personable and makes it a point to ask about my life and have a good conversation. I here. I had my newborn with me and had to load a stroller and he made sure I was able to safely put her in the car as well as the stroller.
