Great Auto Body Work I bought my 2015 Camry from Lou Fusz less than a year ago and already it's been hit THREE times and required extensive body work. (None of these acci I bought my 2015 Camry from Lou Fusz less than a year ago and already it's been hit THREE times and required extensive body work. (None of these accidents were my fault!) I have dealt with all four of the Collision Center staff and have found each of them to be courteous, efficient, and very helpful. The work done at their auto body repair facility has been excellent and it was done in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the folks at the Collision Center but would prefer to not see them again, unless it's at lunch!!! More

Making things right My daughter and I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Toyota Rav 4 last December (2014). Several months later, while my daughter was away at school, someone s My daughter and I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Toyota Rav 4 last December (2014). Several months later, while my daughter was away at school, someone scraped her bumper in a parking lot and then tried to remove their paint from her bumper. Afterward, the loosened paint was hanging from her bumper in large pieces. You could just pull the paint off - it looked really bad. I went back to the dealership and showed Jeff Strum, the manager, a piece of the paint along with pictures of what the bumper looked like. He agreed that it was not normal for the paint to be flaking off in such a manner and we made arrangements for my daughter to bring her car in to have it fixed when she came home for Thanksgiving break. We dropped the car off on a Monday morning and the car was ready by Wednesday. It looked beautiful! We were so pleased and happy that they stood behind their product and were willing to take that extra step to "make things right." Great customer service. Thank you. More

And gave me a free car wash on site, which the car really needed. Did not cost much: was my first out of contract service that I had to pay for. Always professional there and get you in and out as soon as possible. Have taken car there for all 5000 mile checkups. More

My 2013 Scion FR-S sustai This review is for the collision center specifically. Wow! I could not have been more impressed with Lou Fusz Collision. My 2013 Scion FR-S sustained hail damage in Colorado last month and I heard good things about this collision center so I came here first. Jeff Venetis, the manager of the collision center, was superb. I met Jeff on the first day I brought the car in for an estimate. He met with me right away, pulled my car into the garage and had one of his technicians evaluate the damage and come up with an estimate. I made an appointment and dropped the car off a few days later. My vehicle was in the shop for almost a week and a half. During that time, they replaced and repainted the hood, and did PDR for the hail damage to the roof, trunk, and fenders. I also had them do an extra job for me of replacing the front bumper cover due to an unrelated accident. Jeff was there the morning I picked it up to look it over and make sure I was happy. It looked great! I was thrilled. A few days later, I noticed a small gap between the bumper cover and the left headlight. It looked like it needed to be pushed in further in order to fit just under the headlight. I gave Jeff a call and he did not hesitate to offer to take a look. This morning I took the car in and he pulled the car into the garage right away. He and one of his technicians took a look and ended up repositioning the left headlight that was apparently pointed downward and needed to be adjusted in order for the front bumper cover to fit appropriately. This whole process took less than 15 minutes. Jeff made this entire experience a lot less stressful and was wonderful to work with. This whole thing could have been a huge hassle, but he made it quick and painless. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and fantastic customer service. I hope I won't need a collision center again anytime soon, but if I do I will be back to Lou Fusz! More

Attempted service ripoff When we bought a used RAV4 there they told us of the free nitrigen tire fill. There was nothing wrong with the Rav4 when it went in except the tire p When we bought a used RAV4 there they told us of the free nitrigen tire fill. There was nothing wrong with the Rav4 when it went in except the tire pressure light. When my wife went in to have the tires filled they came back and said that needed a new tire or get it patched. She told them to just fill it up and I would take care of it. Then they came back and said the battery is bad and needs to replaced. She was able to get a jump start and took car home. I have checked all of this out and there is nothing wrong with any of the tires. The battery was found to be discharged, but not bad. More
