Ask for CJ CJ was our service rep. She kept us updated and informed on the status of our car throughout the entire process. We let her know our son and daughter CJ was our service rep. She kept us updated and informed on the status of our car throughout the entire process. We let her know our son and daughter were in town for the holidays from college and needed the 4Runner back by a certain time so they could head back to school. She nailed it! More

Collision center never returned phone calls for repa Horrible customer service, save yourself the time and sanity! Find another dealer/service center. Collision center never returned phone calls for repairs, the service center doesn’t follow basic procedures for simple things like oil changes ie they ALWAYS return my van with the low tire light on, and no windshield washer fluid. And my 6 year old van has no top coat on it, I’ve filed numerous complaints and Toyota won’t stand behind their product! They said it’s six years old, it’s to be expected...seriously! Never buying another Toyota More
