Our experience with Nancy at this dealership could not have been better. No one looks forward to car shopping, and especially these days when inventory is so tight. I saw an ad on a Saturday morning that they had exactly what we were looking for. One phone call to Nancy and she had the ball rolling. She notified me when the car was available for showing, got me in within an hour, and after driving the car and answering all my questions I put a deposit on it. My husband went in with me the following workday. The car was ready for us to test drive again and the entire transaction took less than 2.5 hours, including paperwork etc. This also included Nancy going over all the features and setup info with us. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. Both Nancy and the finance manager, Bill, were friendly, helpful and did not hesitate to address all our concerns. We were both very pleased and impressed with the experience and will definitely refer them to our friends. More
