We went back to Toyota to look into getting another lease. There is a shortage of cars right now, so Jim "Bones" Donahue showed us a 2021 Camry SE. We came home with it!! Ryan did an amazing job assisting me in the purchase of my vehicle. He was responsive any time I had a question and made sure to let me know when another opportunity to get a similar car came up since I wa my vehicle. Bill also did an awesome job explaining the extended warranty and it’s value to me. I was concerned at first that there would be extra fees tagged onto the vehicle or that it was going to be higher than MSRP, but when the price was finally broken down there was a small, reasonable admin fee and that was that! Nothing extra and I wasn’t pushed into anything I didn’t want. This was my first brand new car purchase and Lou Fusz Toyota really came through. Thanks again! More
