I visited Lou Fusz Toyota on January 31, 2022 in hopes of purchasing a Toyota Corolla and was impressed by the way my Sales Rep. Buddy Griesedieck worked with me to get the best vehicle I could have hoped fo purchasing a Toyota Corolla and was impressed by the way my Sales Rep. Buddy Griesedieck worked with me to get the best vehicle I could have hoped for. He and the service team moved mountains to get the 2018 Corolla ready for same day delivery. It may have been luck that the new tires came in but everything else was orchestrated perfection, Buddy washed the vehicle so I could test drive it, the service department took care of the tire installation, alignment, inspection, and other necessary services. The Finance Manger, John Sanchez got the finance offers ready for my choice and approval. I had to go home for a check to finish the down payment process and was able to take the car home an hour before closing when it had been expected to take up to 2 days for delivery. I was struck by the ease of making this purchase and appreciate all that Buddy Griesedieck did to make this happen. I will be seeing the Service Department for all future service too.
