Joshua McEwan made the process super easy. I knew buying a brand new vehicle wouldn’t be cheap, but the car buying process is also super complicated at the moment. Joshua responded to an onlin I knew buying a brand new vehicle wouldn’t be cheap, but the car buying process is also super complicated at the moment. Joshua responded to an online inquiry I made through the website, informed me of the steps, and pretty much held my hand through every step of the way until completion. Even over a week away from the vehicle arriving at the dealership, we had correspondence pretty much everyday with my random questions, or his nice updates. After completing the vehicle sale, Joshua even allowed me to come back to the dealership and fix a small issue immediately and informed me that I can text him anytime with any issues to get figured out. I did not feel intimidated at all, and I feel comfortable with my new ride. I highly recommend Joshua as a salesman, and Toyota as a company in general. The whole dealership seemed to be on the same wavelength. More
