I would like to take the time to recognize the Lou Fusz Toyota dealership, along with my sales associate, Tony Castiglioni. I just picked up my new, 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-road, doublecab in army gree Toyota dealership, along with my sales associate, Tony Castiglioni. I just picked up my new, 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-road, doublecab in army green with the 6-speed manual transmission......yes, the manual transmission. The process began 4.5 months ago when I placed an order with Tony from Lou Fusz. Tony, from the beginning was courteous, honest, and professional. I knew if I was going to be paying for a new vehicle, I wanted exactly what I wanted and did not want to settle for something less. As a whole, the auto manufacturers have faced some challenges over the past year which anyone vehicle shopping recently is fully aware of. With that being said, I feel Lou Fusz went to bat for me in getting this truck built & delivered. My vehicle that I needed replacing was a minivan we bought new and now has 306,000 miles on it. Lou Fusz Toyota, and my salesman, we’re aware of my need to get this vehicle......and they did just that! Throughout the few months of waiting, I was updated regularly with phone calls and messages informing me of where we were in the process.......such a huge plus......never felt like I was forgotten or just a name on a list. Fast forward to now, I am the pleased and grateful owner of my new Tacoma that I expect to easily put 300k miles on. If you are looking for a new vehicle and want the legendary reliability that Toyotas are known for, I believe you will not be disappointed with checking out Lou Fusz Toyota. I didn’t know anyone from the dealership when I stepped thru the doors and just happened to have Tony start to assist me.
