I've been in contact with Jim Donohue for a few months about purchasing a RAV4 hybrid. He would text me when vehicles assigned to Lou Fusz were in transit and would ask if I was interested. FInally one about purchasing a RAV4 hybrid. He would text me when vehicles assigned to Lou Fusz were in transit and would ask if I was interested. I was a bit hesitant to travel to this Lou Fusz, my preference would be the Lou Fusz off page. Though this location was not my 1st choice, Jim made it easy to schedule an appointment because of his wel preference would be the Lou Fusz off page. Though this location was not my 1st choice, Jim made it easy to schedule an appointment because of his welcoming and reassuring voice. Initially our appointment was 09/11/2023, unfortunately I could not make that appointment because of an emergency. I emailed Jim asking him if he was available for walk-ins, he responded immediately letting me know that he was not in. Normally I would reschedule if the person who I made the appointment with was not available however to my surprise Jim gave a recommendation. I believe this was noble of him and made me trust him a little more. Showing up on 09/08, there was no one in the lobby to direct/route clients and potential clients. My wife and I decided to approach the associates at a desk talking. Though they were very pleasant they just pass me off to the other Jim. Meeting the other Jim was great 😊, he listened and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. His approach was client centric, focusing on my needs while providing options. The finance manager was outstanding and made the experience flawless. Lou Fusz you owe these guys , Jim(s) and the finance manger they are all stars ⭐️ . My future business will be with you guys More

We bought a car here in 2021. It was a trade in, sales guy was not interested in researching answers he did not know. After a couple days of trying to decide if it was the right car for me, I suppose I'd exhausted him with questions. He eventually ultimatumed me with "are you interested in the car or not?". I had to call the Lexus dealer to get the window sticker and dig for the answers myself. It was a Toyota dealer even, and they acted like this Lexus was some sort of german supercar they knew nothing about. Anyway, the F&I guy was way pushy and straight lied to our faces, stating that if any of the ToyotaSense/LexusSense safety sensors were disconnected or malfunctioned, the car would enter limp mode and strand you, so YOU BETTER BUY THIS SERVICE PLAN because it's a new car with lots of electronics, etc. Anyway, I wound up getting an official Toyota extended warranty from Jerry Johnson at Midwest Superstore in Hutchinson, KS. Jerry is the man, call him if you buy a toyota, but moreover, ditch Lou Fusz if you can. Thankfully, the car has been great for us. More
