I was very please with Lou Fusz Toyota for finding the car that I wanted. The price was very good, they didn't sell it above the list price like other dealerships do. The salesman was not pushy. Mundo (Edmundo Alanis) was a joy to deal with. He was competent and knowledgeable. As a woman who has purchased over 32 cars in the last 10 yrs, I often know more about a vehicle than my salespers He was competent and knowledgeable. As a woman who has purchased over 32 cars in the last 10 yrs, I often know more about a vehicle than my salesperson unless it’s a brand specific dealership, as used car dealers have so many products that they can’t always know everything about every car on the lot and he used the opportunity to learn! A man who can learn is a great employee! He was an asset from the test drive all the way until the end! I will keep him in mind when I consider my next purchase. He was such a delightful sales person and so was Chad and Don (in finance, I hope I got his name right). Thank you all for making it an enjoyable experience! The manager even personally drilled holes for my front plate as I will not drive a sports car w/o a front plate! I don’t need another reason to get pulled over! It was hard to leave my 2017 Corvette, but I will enjoy the 2021 BMW m440i. Thank you guys! More
