I found the vehicle I wanted on Autotrader, contacted the saleperson Chris Cunningham, and with a few phone calls we were able to arrive at an agreement on price/trade-in that we were both happy with. When we arrived from Evansville, IN (10AM, approx 3hr drive) ready to purchase, after a quick drive and "once over", through no apparent fault of Chris, we found the purchase procedure very time consuming. I understand there are legal obligations and everyone was interested in being sure we fully understood what "the deal" was. Despite needing no time for negotiations, we weren't able to leave until 12:30PM. I think an operation as big as Fusz should have this part of the purchase experience much more streamlined. I've bought two of my cars from you guys and have virtually always been treated fairly and been given good service. I deal with Scott when I come there to get my car's oil change. He has been so helpful to me, letting me know that everything is in good shape for the winter trips I often take. My wait time is often not long which I appreciate. Another thing I like is that every time I get my oil changed, someone doesn't come out and say that something else needs to be done (like they do at those smaller places). You guys tell me straight up if I can make it as is or if there really is something to be taken care of. Example: I had bought new tires at one of the tire places and a few weeks later I came to you guys to have my oil changed. Scott told me that it wouldn't hurt to have my tires rotated or balanced or something like that. When I told him that I had just bought new tires several weeks earlier he said that it was probably something they should do for free since I had bought the tires recently. That saved me some money and I really appreciated him telling me that I could check back with the tire folks. Trust is something that takes awhile to build at a car dealer and with my dealings with you guys (most often Scott) I have that trust. Thanks! Lois Brady More
