I have been servicing my car at this dealership for the past 12 years. My experience with the service department has been exemplary. My wife has purchased two Subarus from Lou Fusz and is equally content with their Subaru dealership. Nancy Schubert was the salesperson who stepped me through the most recent transaction. She is a very congenial and knowledgeable individual. The transaction was completed without any hint of pressure. All my questions were answered completely and without bias. We drove 89 miles to do busines with Lou Fusz because of a fellow employee recommendation. I had originally spoke with Mark Kleve, and he was very helpfull. Terry located the vehicle we wanted, and never once tried to talk me into things we didn't want. It took only three days for the truck to arrive, and we went and got it today. I can't say enough good about the job Terry did, and was thrilled to be able to meet Mark in Person. I would buy from either again, and will tell my friends. First call operation all the way. More

Steve knows his business and was quick but apparently he was the only individual taking care of all of the financing and it sure held the line up. Terry was professional yet friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, not at all pushy. Even though I wasn't sure whether I would buy a car, he gave me his complete attention the entire time and was not in a hurry. He answered all my questions and then some. He ran the cost numbers in several different scenarios for me because I am a "numbers" person and like to know what my options are before making a decision. Shopping for cars is not my favorite thing to do, but because of his honest interest in me as a PERSON (not necessarily a SALE), it was a pleasant and easy-going experience. Terry asked what I was looking for in a car and did not try to sell me a lot of unnecessary add-ons (how amazing is that??). Before I left in my new car, he gave me a full and detailed description of how everything worked which I really appreciated. I would recommend Lou Fusz to anyone looking for a new car. More
