My Lou Fusz shopping experience was a real pleasure. The entire staff, especially Chip Braden, who was the sales consultant I worked with, was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient. I emphasize patient because it took me 3 trips to the dealership and 7 test drives to decide on which car was right for me. Chip helped me identify the pros and cons of each model and feature package I was considering and then presented numerous quotes. He waited patiently while I decided whether the Camry, Prius, or Corolla was the best car for me. And, in the end, the Lou Fusz staff presented me with a great deal that enabled me to get a new Camry SE at an incredible price. Mike Keiser, the Finance Manager, helped me obtain an incredible financing deal. In short, the entire Lou Fusz staff was a pleasure to work with. I'll also note that my family has now purchased 5 Toyotas from Lou Fusz over the past 19 years, and we have had a very positive experience every time. Thanks, Lou Fusz Toyota for being so wonderful! This was our first experience at this dealership. We dealt with Chip Braden, David Bailey and Trevor Bourne over a two day period who helped us with a situation involving a SUV that we purchased. We had visited several other Toyota dealerships prior to our stop at Lou Fusz and none of them gave us the full customer experience that we had with Chip, David and Trevor. Spoke with the salesman on the phone and made an appointment. He had the truck pulled up and ready when we arrived. Things took a little longer than we expected due to finance options, however the appointment. He had the truck pulled up and ready when we arrived. Overall we give this salesman, David, and this dealership a five star rating. We have recommended David to several of our friends and plan on seeing him again when we purchase our next vehicle. More
I looked at several Toyota dealers (and other non-Toyota dealers) in the St.Louis area and felt most comfortable with Fusz Toyota by far. They were very straight forward and easy to deal with. I usually do not look forward to buying cars, but they made it an extremely positive experience. Go to Fusz and ask for Jim. He's a very good guy to work with. More
Jim has been extremely helpful in working with us over the course of our buying experience. However, I think the dealership and or Toyota needs to make materials, such as the brochures available before, the course of our buying experience. I have been to multiple dealers and none of them could get the brochures for the new vehicles. I found this very frustrating. Jim was very helpful in keeping us updated and informed of stock and happenings at the dealership. His concern and dedication (and friendliness) to helping us find our vehicle is what brought us back from IL to buy from him. More

I bought a Highlander and a Tacoma from Lou Fusz, and have had excellent experience both times. The sales staff is friendly and responsive. If you tell them you just want to look, you can look. If you are ready to talk dollars, they'll show you the invoice to get you started. When I asked about dealer installed options, they added what I wanted for a fair price. My trade allowance was much greater than I expected this time. After the sale when you need maintenance, make an appointment or just drive in. The only pressure is what you put on yourself, but they go out of their way to make the purchasing experience pleasant. More
