My overall experience with Linda Taylor and the whole Lou Fusz Toyota team was pure excellence. Everybody was very accommodating. She wanted to find the perfect car for me and she absolutely did. I test drove two cars (Ford Focus) before the Toyota Corolla and I did not care for them...she was very accommodating in finding a different car for me to try, one of which she knew I'd enjoy. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Corolla LE and I am loving it already. The price was perfect...I had looked several places before coming to Lou Fusz and I have to say that Lou Fusz, by far was the best. Thanks to the Lou Fusz team and Linda Taylor, I now have a beautiful car which I hope to enjoy for many years to come. More

I was hoping that they would buy from Lou Fusz because when I came in for an oil change one day (with a coupon)the service department and staff I met while waiting, displayed to me the kind of quality I could expect to find at your dealership and I was impressed and wanted that for my friends. They thank you equally, though wanted me to write to you (as English is not their native language). When a friend asks for help buying a car, a good friend will help but also worries that if anything goes wrong, their friend will hate them later. So, knowing that cars are cars and people generally know what they want to buy, and also knowing that everyone is fairly competitive in todays market, the best I could do for my friends was to give them what other places and dealerships may lack and that is the kind of quality people, exceptional service and peace of mind that goes beyond the sale, and seems to be the norm at Lou Fusz. Even your forever engine warranty, that I have not seen at other dealerships, testifies to the "extra mile" my friends got when they purchased with Lou Fusz. We were all impressed by selection and prices, and never once were we pressured for anything from the beginning to the completion of the sale. We like you Linda, and also all whom we came in contact with, and as various aspects of the sale progressed your patience and ability to maneuver through what sometimes appeared to be solid road blocks to us, was impressive and you got the job done! From our first conversation to our last Mark was a pleasure to deal with. In addition to the excellent customer service from Mark the finance manager with whom I dealt was professional and friendly. I felt like he was always on my side when dealing with the lenders and he really went to bat for me and came back with exactly what I was looking for in financing. In addition to that the dealership gave me much more for my trade than I was expecting. I really cant say enough about Mark Kleve and Lou Fusz Toyota. The icing on the cake is that I LOVE my new car. It is exactly what I was looking for. I have already told friends about this experience and will be back to Lou Fusz for my next car. They totally took what most people believe to be an awful experience and made it great. More
Last Saturday my wife and I visited Lou Fusz Toyota and Todd Albrecht went with us for a test drive of a 2010 Prius. We also went across the street to look at three used Prius cars. The next week I went back armed with pricing information from Edmunds.com about the dealer invoice price and MSRP and came to an agreement with Todd and management to buy a new 2010 Prius at a fair price less than the MSRP with a good trade-in for my wife s 13 year old Mazda. When I went in a few days later to conclude the sale I asked that the Prius backup warning buzzer be changed in its factory setting to a single beep instead of constant beeping during operation in Reverse, and the service department was able to get it done while I waited for about 15 minutes. The car is running great and my wife and I are both learning to handle the Prius controls. The car came with two years of oil changes and service, and with oil changes being 10,000 miles apart and regular service intervals being 5000 miles we probably won't see the dealer more than once or twice a year. More
The Employees I worked with was very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. The car I pick out was on the lot and they left me look it over and drove it and show me every thing on it before I and answered all my questions. Lou Fusz Toyota continues to be the best car dealership in every category. Terry Oliver was a great salesman - very knowlegeable, but not high pressure. This was a suprisingly great experience. We never felt pressured into anything that we didn't want to purchase be either Steve or Nancy. He, like Jim, was very honest, informative, friendly and not pushy. The only negative comment about my experience with the Lou Fusz dealership (I give no blame to Jim of Mike), which kept me from rating 5's throughout, was the radio advertisement that my wife and I heard. The radio ad indicated that Lou Fusz would give a buyer $4,500 above the KBB on a trade-in. One of the reasons we went to the dealership was because of this ad although we live in the area and may have gone anyway. In any event, we went to Lou Fusz expecting to get this deal, however, Jim explained that this program did not apply to our trade-in due to the fact that our car was worth less than $2,500. This caveat was clearly not reflected in the ad. Notwithstanding, the deceptive ad, our experience with Jim and Mike was very good and would recommend Lou Fusz and them to our friends. More
