This recommendation is based on my experience in dealing with Ms. Nancy Schubert who led me through the various steps in the process of purchasing a 2011 Toyota Avalon. I called Lou Fusz on a Monday morning after finding an Avalon of their web site that contained all the options I was looking for. I was randomly connected to Ms. Schubert in new car sales. She agreed to research the car I was interested in and promised to call me back within an hour. She called me back promptly with information on the car and offered to make it available for a test drive that afternoon. The car was waiting when I arrived and I drove it for a while. Ms. Schubert was able to answer all my questions regarding the car's features during the drive. Upon returning to the showroom we discussed trade-ins and cost and I agreed to buy the car that afternoon. Due to Ms. Schubert's professional demeanor and consideration, my experience in purchasing the Avalon was quite pleasant. I consider Ms. Schubert to be a very competent salesperson. In my case, I found her to be very proactive and accommodating thus minimizing my time at the dealership waiting for things to happen. Things were done when she said that they would be done. From having the Avalon ready for me to test drive to having the Avalon prepped for me to drive home. Ms. Schubert made the process of buying this Avalon a very enjoyable experience. More

Lou Fusz both times had the car I wanted and beat the price of other dealers on their initial quote without me saying anything about previous dealers offers or internet pricing.There was no games asking what I wanted my monthly payment to be, multiple trip to the manager,etc. The salesman even set-up our cell phone blue-tooth and reviewed all the features in the car again before we drove off. Also, we received several calls after the purchase to make sure we were happy and didn't have any questions. I used to dread going car shopping and dealing with the sales games, but both sales at Lou Fusz were very pleasant. Recommend Highly! More

My husband and I came to the Lou Fusz dealership disappointed, because a car we wanted to purchase in IL was promised to another customer. Ms. Schubert chose to stay at the dealership after hours to wait until we made it to their dealership to test drive cars. She gave me her cell phone number so we could communicate regularly in reference to the kind of car we desired. When we did not find a car that met our needs, Nancy connected us with the buyer/manager of the dealership. The car "buyer" assured us that he would find (via auction) the car we wanted. Two weeks after that promise, we purchased a beautiful 2008 Avalon limited with minimal mileage that drove like new! We can't thank Nancy and the team at Lou Fusz Toyota enough for their patience, expertise, and customer attention. We have never experienced this kind of customer service in our 27 years of car purchases! More

I got a great car at a great price.
