Jim and associates were very friendly and outgoing. I couldn't believe I left with a car. They helped me keep my dreams alive. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Venza on 10/30/11. My experience with the Dealership, Sales, and Finance was very good. I would and have recommend this dealership to several of my friends. Liked just going in and making the deal with no problems. The finance person was fairly new, can't recall his name was friendly also.(didn't have a business card as yet). The only issue my wife and I have was there was no contact or response from the dealership regarding the purchase of the vehicle. Have yet to here from them other then a reminder to rate the dealer on this site. Not a complaint but would have been a nice to here from them. More

When I came into the Toyota dealer Nancy greeted me, I told her pretty much of what I was looking for and I couldn't have asked for better service. She was great! She's smart, she knows what she's doing, she's friendly and not at all pushy. (Had she been pushy I would have left the dealership!) My experience at Lou Fusz Toyota was very positive and Nancy made the business transactions easier than I thought they would be. I loved her overall friendliness and attitude, she obviously loves her job and it shows. I went back several weeks later to ask a question and she again, helped me with the problem with a wonderful attitude. She is very people oriented. I have only purchased one other vehicle so I am not familiar with the process of purchasing a vehicle and only hear of the hassle and haggles one goes through when purchasing a vehicle. I went in thinking I was going to purchase one vehicle but after listening to Jeff I decided to purchase another vehicle not because of heavy duty sales pressure but because Jeff listened to what type of vehicle I was wanting and the person who I was purchasing the vehicle for. I wound up with a better vehicle and all around I feel like I wound up with a better deal and a better vehicle than what I intended or thought I would purchase. Other than some of the issues I have to deal with because of my lack of experience at purchasing a vehicle I am very pleased with the overall experience and I am very glad that I wound up purchasing the vehicle from Lou Fusz and specifically from Jeff and I would recommend this dealership and Jeff Strum as your sales rep.
