When I came into the Toyota dealer Nancy greeted me, I told her pretty much of what I was looking for and I couldn't have asked for better service. She was great! She's smart, she knows what she's doing, she's friendly and not at all pushy. (Had she been pushy I would have left the dealership!) My experience at Lou Fusz Toyota was very positive and Nancy made the business transactions easier than I thought they would be. I loved her overall friendliness and attitude, she obviously loves her job and it shows. I went back several weeks later to ask a question and she again, helped me with the problem with a wonderful attitude. She is very people oriented. Overall great experience. Jeff was a great help to get setup with a new 4Runner with the right conditions. I have only purchased one other vehicle so I am not familiar with the process of purchasing a vehicle and only hear of the hassle and haggles one goes through when purchasing a vehicle. I went in thinking I was going to purchase one vehicle but after listening to Jeff I decided to purchase another vehicle not because of heavy duty sales pressure but because Jeff listened to what type of vehicle I was wanting and the person who I was purchasing the vehicle for. I wound up with a better vehicle and all around I feel like I wound up with a better deal and a better vehicle than what I intended or thought I would purchase. Other than some of the issues I have to deal with because of my lack of experience at purchasing a vehicle I am very pleased with the overall experience and I am very glad that I wound up purchasing the vehicle from Lou Fusz and specifically from Jeff and I would recommend this dealership and Jeff Strum as your sales rep. I recently purchased a 2011 Sienna Limited AWD. I could not have had a better experience. They had exactly what I wanted on the lot, and even the right color! Louie was extremely friendly, respectful, and not have had a better experience. They had exactly what I wanted on the lot, and even the right color! They gave me a very fair price on my trade and did not try to denigrate its value. This was very important to me and I appreciated their integrity. They also were more than fair on the price for the new van. In less than 2 hours, I was driving off the lot with our new van!! Truly a pleasurable experience all the way around. Pretty unbelievable for a car buying experience. This is the second car we have purchased at Lou Fusz and we will definitely be back. More
David was Great to work with. I would recommend him to others and the dealership as well. I was annoyed with one part of the deal which did not involve David. I believe his name was Bob Cook who handled the finalization of the deal. He had David right in a $1698.00 5 year extended warranty on the contract without my knowledge. I did not want or need this because the car still had the remainder of the factory warranty and a 3 month warranty from Lou Fusz and it would not make the car a good deal to me. When I told him I didn't want this and why was it already on the contract, he said it was something they offered. I would say that's an acceptable answer, but only if I was asked first. I asked him three times why they would put it on the contract without asking me he replied every time, that it was something they offered. I was getting nowhere and wanted to make it a pleasurable experience so I did not push the issue. I would always want to know about anything I'm going to pay for before it would be automatically added. Wouldn't you???? I appreciate your listening to this matter. Thanks, Drew More
