No, I would not recommend this (preowned) dealership. I have had to deal with more after-the-fact inconveniences than it was worth. The second they got my money, the customer service and satisfaction was have had to deal with more after-the-fact inconveniences than it was worth. The second they got my money, the customer service and satisfaction was forgotten. There has been so much headache with Lou Fusz holding up their end of the bargain, as far as the things they told me they would take care of after I bought the car. It has been one problem after problem after problem! The silly thing, is that these are simple things that are easy to fix and do, but it has been like pulling teeth to get Lou Fusz to do them for us! These are also things we agreed on in our sales contract, so it is not like I am asking for things that were not negotiated. More importantly, when we called several times as well as came to the store several times to get this situation figured out, NO ONE (except for John Cook) that we dealt with was willing to help us resolve our problems! Instead, they told us we were arguing with them. I have never been treated so rudely in a customer service position. Moving on, I bought the car in mid November, and just today (Dec 6) I was finally got my car "detailed." I put the word detailed in quotes, because it was hardly a regular car wash. I am no clean freak, but I do a better job in my driveway with a bucket of water and towels. This was by no means a detail job, which was what we agreed upon. Secondly, I was give two keys for the car. One of the keys doesn't even work with all the locks in the car, yet the dealer seems to think this is isn't their problem. Call me crazy, but when I buy a car I want two working keys (this is still something they are refusing to help us with). (By the way, we talked to the Acura dealer down the street, and they told us that the way they handle situations like this is to just cut their losses, and get the customer a new key. Funny, huh?? Keep the customer HAPPY! Who would have thought. Additionally, one of the keys was out of a battery. They said they would give us a battery for the FOB. Okay, they did. But they stuck a generic screw in the key, which doesn't fit the FOB correctly, and the screw literally sticks out of the FOB 1/4 of an inch! Thanks, but no thanks. More
We had been looking for several months all over the area for a low mileage used car. Our Camry had 230,000 miles and we were looking for a newer model. We visited web sites as well as many Honda and Toyota dealerships throughout the St. Louis area. Friends had bought a used Prius at Lou Fusz and suggested we check them out too. NO ONE had the selection like Lou Fusz Toyota! Very friendly people and Linda Taylor was a pleasure to deal with. Steve Gianino made signing papers no big deal! Will return when I need to upgrade my 4Runner. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, answered our questions completely, and made our experience extremely pleasant. with. While he obviously wanted our business, he was never pushy and never made us feel pressured. When we told him we needed a few days to make our decision, he was pleasant and understanding. Three days later we returned to the dealership to purchase the car. The actual purchase went very smoothly. We would certainly recommend Steve to any of our friends who were in the market for a new Toyota. More

My current Camry, a 1999 model, has gone over 100,000 miles, mainly because of the excellent service and care I've received at Lou Fusz's service department. There have been times when I've needed to show up in an emergency, and I've never been turned away by the service technicians and have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner. My car issues are resolved whenever I have been there. I have recommended Lou Fusz to my friends and colleagues on a regular basis. Recently a couple I've known for many years bought a Camry from you, partially due to the comments I made regarding your dealership. I will be buying my next car from you as well, once I need to do so. Word of mouth is very important to a business, and you can count on mine--and my continued patronage. We had an immediate need for a new car due to an accident that totaled our old Camry. We had purchased our previous Camrys from Lou Fusz. The service department recommended Jim Donohue. He was professional from the beginning of the process. There was no need to spend hours going back and forth on a price. We new what it would take to walk away with a new car. No pressure tactics or hidden agendas. What is important to us is the integrity of the sales person and the relationship we develop as we purchase our cars. Jim is very talented in his sales experience and knowledgeable in all aspects of the dealership. We also have had nothing but excellent service at Lou Fusz. We will continue to buy from Lou Fusz as necessary. More
I had reviewed your used car inventory and pre-selected a sedan before contacting the dealership. My salesperson was David Timmerman. David was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. There was a recall notice on the car (a Honda) that I brought to his attention. David promptly had it checked out and fixed at the local Honda dealership. He was extremely considerate, professional and efficient. I felt that he was honest in answering all my questions. Thanks to David, I was able to get all the paperwork done and walk out of the dealership with the deal finalized within an hour after test driving the car! The next day when I stopped by to pick up the car I noticed that it had been carefully detailed and was ready for me. This was my first interaction with Lou Fusz and I must say I was very impressed with the quality of service and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Lou Fusz to my friends and would have them ask for David Timmerman in particular. Thanks David for going the extra mile. More
Jim and associates were very friendly and outgoing. I couldn't believe I left with a car. They helped me keep my dreams alive. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Venza on 10/30/11. My experience with the Dealership, Sales, and Finance was very good. I would and have recommend this dealership to several of my friends. Liked just going in and making the deal with no problems. The finance person was fairly new, can't recall his name was friendly also.(didn't have a business card as yet). The only issue my wife and I have was there was no contact or response from the dealership regarding the purchase of the vehicle. Have yet to here from them other then a reminder to rate the dealer on this site. Not a complaint but would have been a nice to here from them. More
