We started our experience on line. Jim "Bones" was the first dealer to contact us and the first to have solid numbers to work with. He continued by giving us web sights that might be helpful. When we finally met with him in person he was very pleasant without being overbearing. We thought we were going to buy a RAV4 and had all the information on that car. After driving the car we decided maybe that wasn't the one we wanted. We currently drive a Hylander Hybrid and love it. Jim was very patient with us and we did our research while in his office. There was a Hylander SE in the color we liked with the equipment we wanted so the negotiating began. Again I must emphasize how patient and kind Jim was during the process. We ended up buying another Hylander and the dealership made it easy for us to take our new car home the same day even though there was a delay in our cash payment. He was not about the sale but meeting the customer's needs. Very good! I love my car. I feel I got a good deal. The only thing I am not fond of it getting the license plates and having to deal with MO DMV. I always thought the car dealer took care of the plates for you. ? that has been my past experience. I have been purchasing cars for about 40 years and this, by far, was the best "no hassle" deal I have ever completed. I was looking for a small SUV and went to multiple Ford, Toyota, and Honda dealerships. I had done lots of research and even began negotiations with a few dealerships. Louie contacted me and I liked what he had to say so I soon went into the dealership to discuss numbers and get my trade-in evaluated. Everyone I met there was fantastic. They were REAL people and all negotiations were without fluff. After months of research and negotiations, I purchased my new vehicle from Louie within a week. I got the best price, best trade-in value, and the best customer service of about 10 dealerships in the St. Louis area. After this experience, I know I will be a customer for a long time. My husband hate negotiating so after my initial chat with Ms. Tara via phone call, I was convince this would be the perfect place to make our purchase. All the staff was very professional and helpful, they even watch over our two and eight year old while we finalize our purchase.
