Very dishonest with description of the vehicle. The salesman was being a complete smart alec. We visited Lou Fusz Toyota to look at a used CR-V they had just gotten in. Joe showed it to us that evening before it had even been cleaned up. He said he would call us when it was done but he did not, but to be fair he was very busy. We called him to check on it and he let us know it did pass and was ready to be test driven. We talked with Scott, their internet sales manager, as well and were able to negotiate a decent price on it. We ended up not getting it, however, because we found an unbeatable deal elsewhere, but I would still recommend this dealer and Joe and Scott because they were very helpful without much run-around or fuss.
